We had a specific request for a tutorial on this project, so let’s walk through it. First, stamp your jellyfish images with the Jelly Wishes Stamp Set. Make it somewhat realistic. Allow your jellyfish to swim in the blue sea.
Create the illusion of water. Grab the Pool Play from the Confectionary Days PanPastels set, and lightly brush it across your background. You can create a similar background with Fusion Ink Sponges, or Daubers. However, you won’t get the seamless creaseless look like you will with the PanPastels. It’s a perfect pigment for this type of look.
Make your project sparkle with splashes of silk and strips of sparkle tape.

Using the same PanPastel technique let’s create another card. For this one we can mix up the color palette a bit and differentiate the layout.
Instead of the cool tones of Cosmic Grape and Cool Pool, play with the contrast of Black Licorice and Candy Apple. It really makes your jellyfish pop.
Plus, instead of making your sea the entire width of your project like the previous one, you can choose to pop up your scene against a tiered color backdrop.
